Housing & Management System
Our layers are housed in a battery cage system with automated feeding, watering, and egg collection conveyors. Ventilation is thermostatically controlled to maintain a constant 24–26°C, reducing heat stress and maximising daily lay cycles.

Egg Grading Standards
All eggs pass through automated candling and weight-grading before packaging. We produce four certified grades daily.

Controlled access zones, footbaths at all entry points, and mandatory PPE for farm personnel reduce cross-contamination risk to near zero.
Vaccination Schedule
Scheduled immunisation against Newcastle Disease, Marek's, Infectious Bronchitis, and Gumboro on a rolling quarterly cycle verified by on-site vet.
Daily Mortality Audit
Each house is inspected at 06:00 and 18:00 daily. Dead birds are removed, logged, and sent to the lab for rapid post-mortem within 24 hours.
